Please Ready Carefully
Vixen is a private membership association! No one may attend any function or come in the property without being accepted as a member of Vixen. Vixen is not open to the general public. A phone interview is required prior to an invitation to join Vixen. The purpose of this interview is to advise everyone exactly what to expect at Vixen. Overindulgence is discouraged, members who are over-intoxicated are subject to being ejected immediately and banned.
NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS, INCLUDING THE BUILDING OR PARKING LOT! ANY VIOLATION
WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP!
Cameras or video equipment are not permitted on the property. Use cell phones outside of the Club. Out of respect for other members, domestic quarrels are asked to be taken home.
For problems or questions of any kind, please feel free to refer to a staff member.
Both members must leave together, when one leaves the other must also go.
As a member of Vixen you hereby acknowledge and agree: That the functions, meetings and parties held by Vixen are private membership functions
for the express purpose of sharing and communicating ideas and concerning human relationships as expressed through human sensuality and sexuality.
You expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to be exposed to and observe conduct consistent with the purpose of the association which will include nudity and adult sexual contact. YOU affirmatively state the aforementioned expressive conduct and activity is not offensive or lewd to YOU;
That YOU and Vixen, absent a valid court order, will maintain the privacy rights of all other members and shall not reveal the identity of any individual, not give, loan or sell the name(s) and contact information to any other party.
Furthermore, YOU agree not to record any of the members attending any function, meeting or party by photographic, video, digital, or audio recording devices without a written waiver, executed by the members(s) and the responsible parties of Vixen; That any and all information concerning the location of functions, meetings or parties, the identity of members, or the activities shall not be disclosed to any non-member without the express written consent of Vixen; That any fees or charges paid to Vixen on are for the operation and maintenance of Vixen and ARE SPECIFICALLY NOT for any sexual activity that you may observe or engage in while attending any function, meeting or party of Vixen;
That YOU agree not to engage in any illegal activity of any type at any function, meeting or party including, but not limited to, possession or use of controlled substances, possession or use of illegal drugs, offering or accepting any type of consideration for any sexual activity, prohibited by the State of California, the use of tobacco products in contravention of the laws of the State of California, the use of any threat or coercion, the unauthorized harmful or offensive contact with any other person and any act that would endanger the health and well being of any other person present at any function, meeting or party of the Vixen Association.
That YOU agree to expressly waive any liability of Vixen and hold Vixen harmless for any injury or loss that you may sustain as a result of, or during your attendance, or and injury or loss which is due to the sole negligence or intentional acts of the owners, directors, officers, agents or employees of Vixen.
That YOUR application to become a member of Vixen constitutes an express agreement with the terms and conditions set forth above and those terms and conditions which may be presented to YOU in the future as an amendment to this agreement. We appreciate and support those who are courteous, polite and respectful.
